The new official website is online

Dear fans,

Frédéric François’s new official website has been online since 2 November 2026. It replaces the former website and brings together the news, the concert diary, the discography, the videos, the radio, the shop and the Fan Club in one place. It is available in French, English, Spanish and Italian.

Your account and your previous orders

Did you have an account or place an order on the former website? Your account is already waiting for you: all you need to do is choose a new password. Go to My account, click on “Forgotten your password?” and enter the e-mail address you used on the former website. You will receive a link to choose your password, and you will then find the history of your orders.

The Fan Club and its members’ area

The Official Fan Club now has its own members’ area on the website. Once signed in, each member will find their numbered membership card, exclusive pages every month (videos, anecdotes, photos, memories…), the photo albums, early access to certain concert presales, the competitions and surprises reserved for members, and a lounge to chat with other members.

Current Fan Club members move to the new formula: their membership runs from 1 November 2026 to 1 November 2027. To enter the members’ area, sign in with the e-mail address of your membership; the first time, use “Forgotten your password?” to choose your password.
Not a member yet? You can join on the Fan Club page of the website.

The official shop

Jewellery, collectables, accessories and clothing: the official shop is now part of the website. Each item has its own page, with its photos, colours and sizes. Delivery is free for orders of €120 or more.

Gift cards

New: you can now give a gift card for the shop. The person who receives it adds it to their account and uses it for items from the shop, in one or several purchases.

Payment and delivery

Ordering takes three steps: your details, delivery, then payment. You choose your carrier and, if you wish, a pickup point near you; the delivery price is shown before you pay. Payment is secure and you choose your payment method at the last step.

Thank you for your loyalty 💙

For more than 50 years, Frédéric François has been writing his story with you. This new website was designed for you: comfortable reading, simple navigation, and all of Frédéric’s news in one place. Thank you for always being there. See you very soon!
